I also love that she even wrote in Ryder's POV, which was great, cause then you get the see what's on his dark mind.I am here to tell you it is absolutely NOT… the over-the-top hot-hot chemistry and fantastic dialogue is what I loved about this series. Ryder's character has to be taken with a pinch of salt, and one must hold out hope that he is the kind of character that is going to go through the most development and evolution because he direly needs it. I am a die hard, avid lover, enthusiast and devotee of all things Fae so I purchased this series knowing it would be right up my alley, and I now want to live in that alley…forever.

Amelia Hutchins has put together this series with a bunch of sub-series that makes you read every single book in the sub series and not just the Fae Chronicles. The scent of her need makes me want to pull back the delicate petals of her flower and devour it, consume it, fuck it. Oh it all fits, it all eventually makes sense, but I seemed to have been missing that sense of urgency or need to solve the puzzle, because at times, there wasn’t much of a build-up to some of the reveals. As doubts continue to overtake her, Ryder is there to seduce her and give her affection and security like she has never felt before.
