Betty and Veronica: Simon is the Archie caught between Lucy (Betty) and Carli (Veronica). Also gender-inverted, with Will as the Betty and Nicos as the Veronica for Alison. Freudian Excuse Is No Excuse: Will invokes this on himself by wishing he could blame all his personality defects on his parents splitting up. However, it only happened recently so he wouldn't be able to get away with this. During the skinny-dipping scene, we see all four of the girls in various states of undress, including a closeup of Will's hand on Alison's bare breast and a from-behind shot of Alison completely naked.

Keep collections to yourself or inspire other shoppers! Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. We haven't seen the original TV series to know what the humour is like, but judging from this movie, we can tell you that this is one teen comedy that will leave you in stitches. While it the shyer viewer (probably of the female species) may be slightly embarrassed by some of the scenes (warning: expect to see, err, genitalia), the movie never becomes distasteful and offensive. While some may consider it on the brinks of becoming obnoxious, the crude humour remains truly funny throughout. Maybe it's the British accent, or maybe it's the socially awkward boys who you cannot bear to hate – this is a comedy that you will enjoy. Blatant Lies: As you'd expect, these mainly come from Jay's mouth. Richard runs him a close second. Everyone Can See It: That Lucy, not Carli, is the right one for Simon. Of course, Simon doesn't see it until the end. Football Hooligans: A group of them annoy Will throughout the bus ride from the airport to the hostel they're staying at by singing incessantly.Yeah, if I saw the TV show – that I've never heard of before this screening – first, perhaps I'd already be into their individual personalities.

Early in the film, Neil, Simon and Will dance across the floor of an empty nightclub to chat up the girls while the reluctant Jay merely watches them from the bar. During the Good-Times Montage after the group have made amends, we see them performing the same moves in a crowded club, with Jay joining in. Throw the Dog a Bone: Could be said to be the entire point, after all the stuff the gang went through in the series. Here, nor there. This movie, brilliantly made to stand alone, follows four British lads after their (to us: High School) graduation and then immediately on holiday to Malia. Obviously, they're going there to get laid, boozed up, celebrate their friendship and let us enjoy their misadventures with four girls they meet. A successful sitcom series in the UK, The Inbetweeners movie is like the final hurrah for its television episodes, which follows the growing pains, life and times of a group of four secondary school friends and their families, with American Pie styled sexual shenanigans and Brit humour. Even if you may not be familiar with the source material, the movie version is quite stand alone, taking place just after their graduation, and like all graduations, it's not complete without that holiday trip with your pals, and in this case, a vacation filled with booze and sex and doing just about anything that nobody will say no to. Basically, it's about four lads who leave school and go on a drunken holiday to the a Greek island (I forget which one). There, they get into all manner of embarrassing scrapes. As it says on the sleeve - think American Pie meets Peep Show. There are plenty of cringe-worthingly bad moments for the stars and expect a fair amount of bad language, nudity and plenty of laughs. Basically, it's like everything that a Richard Curtis movie isn't!Dumbass Has a Point: Neil says he's happy because he doesn't think about things too much (or at all really). Will concedes that he's right.

I found it like what a 'Carry On...' film might be like if it was written today and the humour carries over from the TV series well - you'll laugh out loud more often than not. It does slow a bit towards the end, but it's definitely more hit than miss. The Inbetweeners Movie successfully captures the essence of the TV series while avoiding the trap of simply feeling like an extended episode. It retains the show's trademark voiceover and crude humour, which is even taken up a notch in the film. Limited Wardrobe: Will, as he decides between half a dozen pair of identical khakis and plain shirts. Will gets one during the skinny-dipping scene while searching for his glasses. Naked. He bumps into Nicos and a woman who isn't Alison as he finds the glasses and Nicos gets right in his face, forcing Will to scream for help and causing Alison to discover them. The Inbetweeners Movie is a terrific movie, a heartwarming storyline and a brilliant goodbye to Will,Simon,Jay and Neil, although I still think the show is better, although the kind of emotional stuff you see in this movie is something you would never see in the series.Awesome SVG, Friend Thumbs Up, Awesome Thumbs, T Shirt Design, Thumbs Up SVG, Thumbs Up png, Friends ai files, Thumb Up Logo, Cut File, pdf So Proud of You: Will's dad almost sheds tears of joy when Will sends him a selfie of himself and Alison.
