About this deal

If this performed better I would wear it all Spring, but as it is, it’s a before-bed fragrance only (and it still usually fades away before I fall asleep). Its easy, fresh and elegant, perfect for daily wear but despite the fact that, on me at least, it is linear, it isnt a boring "beige" type of scent nor is it a Plain Jane, the tea keeps it peppy and bright even after a full days worth of wear.

Almost all perfumes are usually present on my skin since the first spray and until I go to bed - I hardly ever reapply. While the opening is bright, fruity, and bold, the perfume dries down to a soft skin scent within the first hour. Llegué del trabajo, abrí el paquete que había llegado por la mañana y vaporicé una vez sobre mi muñeca. This one smells refreshing and I wanted to use because i like it but I can’t spray it at every 30 minutes if I’m out.

Very delicate, very watery floral; if I had to guess I’d say I get the most of peony, but they’re all kind of jumbled together; there’s something a bit damp, as well, which reminds me of tea scented wipes. Once it's been dried down for a few hours, it smells a bit like Anna Sui's butterfly perfume in the link bottle. I had sky high expectations and I opened the bottle with trembling hands, and when I inhaled this scent I knew it crystal clear, This Is The One!In 2002, under the Creative Direction of Alber Elbaz, the brand launched Éclat d'Arpège, which ended up becoming a kind of pillar within the Arpège line. I received this as a gift in my late teens or early 20s and then bought another bottle a few years later from a discount retailer. With the first sniff, my holiday to Italy 7 yrs ago came to my mind where Chanel tendre was my travel companion by then.

Housed in a glass bottle, blue-tinted to reflect the aquatic inspiration of this fragrance as well as its optimism. Some might consider it generic and although I quite disagree on that, I have to admit you will not stand out if you wear this since everyone and their mom seems to have it in their possession. The longevity isn't that good, around 4-5 hours; luckily, it's inexpensive, so I don't mind re-spraying from time to time. This fragrance was reissued in 2002, its predecessor had been in the market since 1927, and was a gift for her daughter Jeanne Lanvin.

And on my wedding day I was the luckiest woman alive, I married the perfect man and wore the perfect scent! Like all the main stream perfumes that came out in the 2000's like Be Delicious, Bright Crystal, Chloe, etc, this perfume is light, easy to wear, and likeable.

The body is even more flowery, with a lot of peonies and wisteria, in a mixture that evokes the smell of roses and lilacs. Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege Eau de Parfum intoxicates with a delicate feminine fragrance that captures the essence of spring and summer.

Lasting power of a body spray, which is a shame, because it's a beautiful scent (and a super pleasing bottle to look at and hold! These are different, but there is a similar vibe with a well-blended and floaty fruity-floral punctuated with a citrus note.
