Originality is a variable that is so prized by many in the industry because countless aromas come into the market, yet majority of them are a mere replica of one another. Sold Special Blend for more money after the hypee and left myself original Profumo which is in my opinion 99,99% the same frag.It opens with a bright splash of bergamot, but that dries down into a rosemary sage herbal heart, and a patchouli base. Some of my favorites have been discontinued and by the time I found out it was to late because I try not to be so obsessive but sadly you almost have to be or loose out on fragrances you love . It's a very versatile perfume that can be worn any time you want except perhaps during the heat wave because the incense note risks becoming heady. The best part of this is the drydown, the patchouli and incense really shine through and are very pleasant. This is the exact same thing that happened when Dior Homme Parfum came out and when Dior Sauvage edp came out and when Bleu de Chanel edp came out, and it will happen ONCE AGAIN when Bleu de Chanel Parfum comes out within the next month.

Some may think Roja's Elysium is the next evolution but Roja overshot the mark and pushed the citrus too far into car air freshener territory. In the distance, you see a small fishing village nestled against the coastline, with colorful buildings and boats bobbing in the harbor. When it dries down, it has some additional patchouli notes and some of those warmer spices, clearly has a deeper spiciness. The sound of crashing waves fills the air, and you can feel the power and energy of the ocean as you gaze out at the endless expanse of water. is smoother, richer and more complex, luckily not featuring that ugly skinscent-note that the original featured.Sillage is above average as far as performance, and while I don't feel the projection is amazing, I have heard mixed comments. This is the best AdG ever released, and some people apparently don't have the noses to pick out the differences when they test this alongside the regular Profumo.
