For a lovely fresh Chorizo Sausage use 15grams Chorizo Seasoning per kilo of meat along with 15grams Regular Salt. Contains 2% or less of: Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Vegetable Oil (canola and/or soybean oil), Silicon Dioxide (anticaking agent), Vinegar*.
