Victoria Whitman is 2023-introduced and all-around character. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Fashion Design with a second focus in Accessory Design. Victoria is the friend who will always be there for you. Ever since leaving Australia a few years ago, Victoria has made it her mission to dive into her new life in the States and befriend as many people as possible. Rainbow High has offered her the chance to really stretch out her wings and bring her special skills of metalworking and creating beaded jewelry into a lot of her work.
